Account Permanently Suspended for 15 days. No update

15 days ago from writing this, I was suspended while at work, having not been online for 2 days prior, for "account phishing, solicitation, and theft". I stated this in my case review, and I'll also say this here: In my 13 years of Xbox service, not once have i ever taken money from players in exchange for in-game performance, nor have I ever stolen anyone's account, signed into someone's account on my console, signed into my account on another console, nor tried to get people's personal information over Xbox live. I FIRMLY believe that this was a situation due to my account being hacked and ANY update or insight would be EXTREMELY helpful. I just spent $500 on a series X and It hurts knowing that my account can potentially disappear for this.

Bear in mind that, whilst a suspension starts on a certain day, the actual alleged offense may have occurred weeks prior...in your case, the suspension started 15 days ago (6th June or so) but the alleged offense may well have been Mid to Late May. Not saying that is the case but not being online 2 days prior may be irrelevant if the offense occurred way before.

As to being hacked, I would've imagined there would have been some sign of it but, having never been hacked, I have no clue. Just make sure that you have a secure password (random numbers and letters, special characters etc) and have 2FA enabled.

Regarding the enforcement delay, whilst the normal time frame is 72 hours (from what I understand), we are not in normal times... combine that with a, as far as I can tell from threads on here, surge in enforcement action and it's not surprising it's taking time.

As you know, support has nothing to do with Enforcement actions. Your only option is the case review with Enforcement. Keep in mind that bans and suspensions can happen weeks after the fact. So the new enforcement action may be from something else entirely. The Enforcement site will show you what the ban was for. If the case review doesn't work there is nothing else that can be done at this stage. You Accounts don't usually get a permanent suspension without some priors unless something really bad or inappropriate happened. There's usually a history of something if you do some digging. Only Enforcement would know the history there.

My account received a communication ban so i took the ban for a day like i was supossed to then i came back to a NEW BAN that wont even let me play multiplayer games for no reason it said it for sending abbusive text or griefing and trolling witch i hadnt since my communication ban so i dont know what happened they also didnt accept my appeal so i dont know what to do so I can't play games for 2 weeks on my account for no REASON at all thanks xbox.

As I mentioned in the post above, some bans may have occurred weeks before the ban started, especially with comms bans as they need to investigate...so it may be that the offense occurred before the 1 day ban occurred. If they have rejected your appeal, then there is nothing you can do besides wait it out. Whilst it may simply be a language barrier, your post makes it sound like you were trolling/sending abuse/grief prior to the ban which would then make the ban justifiable....you might want to spend the 2 weeks considering how you conduct yourself in future so you don't end up getting banned again (next time it may be permanent). If that wasn't the case, then apologies...it's just how your post reads

Apologies for the late response, i never got a notification that there was a reply. When i try to access my account It just says " This account is permanently suspended from xbox live due to misconduct. " which it was not permanently suspended it was suspended for 14 days and i have the screenshots of the xbox enforcement page as proof of the 14 day suspension.
