Account Permanently Banned. Please Help!

Hi, So on my xbox one account named Toronto v I was permanently banned from xbox live for communication. Of course i am not perfect and have been banned a couple times when I have deserved it, however there was also many times where I did
not deserve to be banned, for example sending one non hateful message after coming off a ban, only to get banned again. I have been supporting xbox for many years, making a lot of purchases and spending a lot of time on the console. If my
account were to become unbanned i would never send a message to anyone else, even if it is a positive message. Yes, i can make another account but all the games i play are progress based and it would take a very, very long time to get to where i am now. Not
only would this process take a long time, it would also not be fun and would be unmotivating. Therefore if this account remains banned, I will be forced to quit xbox. I really do not want to do this as it is a great source of entertainment
for me as i always use it to talk to my friends while we play games. If i have to restart my progress for each game, i will guaranteed not be playing any xbox or talking to my friends. Therefore i ask if this account can not be permanently banned so i can
continue to enjoy my time on the console and continue to make memories with friends on games. So
PLEASE, for the love of god don't permanently ban my account.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

 

Already have, was told by xbox support that sometimes the enforcement team looks through forums

Phone support is not connected to enforcement and yes smwutches was correct that is your only option
