    My account has been permanently suspended because my friend changed my gamer picture to something which contained nudity which I immediatly changed but my account has still been permanently suspended. Is there no way i can get my account back?

    Xbox suspended me for a week and I get on the next day and says I’m banned. What do I do ?

    Also it has been showing alot of people permanent suspension when in fact it is a shorter suspension. My account currently shows a permanent suspension but support told me it is a 1 week suspension.

    Logging in to accounts that you o not own can lead to a permanent suspension even if it is done with permission of the account owner. Giving out your account details can also lead to permanent suspensions. These are both against the TOS.

    My Xbox account was hacked on Christmas. A couple days ago, I was told nothing could be done due to security information being changed and that the account was suspended.

    Thata the thing though compromised account doesn't lift a suspension

    A permanent suspension means your account has been permanently banned from connected to the Xbox servers.
