    Does it say anything besides cheating? Does it say how you were cheating? When was this enforced what is the date?

    It's because of inactivity no one has been on the account in years or had any activity at all.

    "when was the last time you used the xbox/microsoft account, if not for 5 years then it would have been closed due to inactivity, if banned years ago that might have been before the enforcement site was up and ban info requests were done on the forum" (Farscape) said the same thing
