Account Perm. Suspended

My son's account had been hacked. I spoke with customer service and they walked me through how to change my email and password. Now, I have gotten a notice that I am perm. suspended. Is it possible that the person who originally hacked my account has
tried to get in again and reported that the account was hacked in order to get it back? Expertthief2002 can't play at all. How can we correct this? Can I still use the same console?

no you can only redownload using the original purchasing account

if the account in question is perm suspended you forfeit all rights to all dlc

For an official answer as to why the account was banned, you would need to post here -

If customer service didn't already, you can contact them again and have them do an unauthorized access investigation. If they find that whatever caused you to be banned was done while you're account was out of your control, it might be possible to have it
unbanned. However, that is not always possible.

As long as the console is not banned, you can use the same console.

Is it a permanent ban ?

Because you can't reply to any emails they are all no replies

Account recovery won't result in a perm ban

It will lock you out but it won't perm suspend you ever you must pass verification

Unless you were trying to recover an account that wasn't actually yours

Now if you been phishing like asking for someones account details for gamesharing ya that's perm suspendable

The only person who should.have thr account details is the account owner period

Asking anyone for their account details is punishable by the pet

I'm almost 100% sure it's a perm ban. I could be wrong but usually even if your account is suspended you can still sign in and play offline. I can't even do that and when I try it tells me the perm ban error
