Account Perm Banned

Hi, i am creating this post on a second account because the perm banned account is not allowed on the forums. I feel as i have been wrongfully perm banned for marketplace theft. I looked over the description for marketplace theft and i can't noticed anything
under that subject that i have committed. There were charges from xbox that i initially didn't remember making so i claimed them as fraud. But i then realized that they were purchases that i made so i was responsible for paying for them. But it seems that
my account is still being perm banned for this even though it was an honest mistake that has been payed for. That being said there should be no reason that i am banned permanently if not at all. I would understand a significantly shorter ban such as days/week.
But for this being technically my 2nd offense even though my first offense was just an inappropriate account name i feel that permanently being banned is a bit on the extreme side of things. What i am asking is that i am given another case review to discuss
more information about the ban and hopefully have the ban significantly shortened if not lifted completely. Please get back to me soon because i have used that account for everything and have a lot of saved data from multiple games that i would prefer not
too lose for an honest mistake such as this. Thanks

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Account Banned, Please help me

Hi, over a year ago my xbox console got perm banned and all my accounts on my xbox got perm banned aswell,

The Xbox was brought 2nd hand, so the previous owner must have been doing some bad stuff on the console

I just still don't understand why my account got banned till 9999, it was involved in nothing.

I just think its unfair that all my accounts got perm banned even though they had nothing to do with anything bad it was just the console.

The gamertag is BNK DaNGeROuS

I would really be thankful for any help from xbox/microsoft to help me get my account back

 

Hello, as the enforcement team no longer use these forums the only place to contact them would be via
enforcement.xbox.com. If you have already submitted a case review there is no other course of action you can take to recover the account.
