Account Penalty

My account was penalized, I can't edit my profile, send messages and I can't join/invite for a group.Will this penalty finish? When? How can I solve this?

An enforcement act is a serious matter and shouldn't be taken lightly. Keep in mind that if someone harasses you, you have the choice to report that person and block him/her from further abuse. Retaliating will certainly subject you to enforcement acts because
every report gets investigated before a suspension is issued.

Side note you have the choice in the matter yet keep in mind that every online gaming community has its rules

I know the Microsoft team probably won't even reply to this but you guys have possibly the worst support I have ever had to deal with. I get muted for half a month because an idiot (WITH LOW REP) is spamming in my game so I sent him a message calling him
trash and he replies that he's 10x better than me and to KILL MYSELF. I told him I hope he chokes on a twinkie and dies (who would take that serious, twinkles aren't even a thing anymore) and he sends me a message saying I don't like twinkles but say bye to
your communication #reported????? I made a case for the enforcement team and they said I supported self harm WHEN I SAID (I HOPE) he chokes on a twinkie and dies AND HE TELLS ME TO KILL MYSELF AND THATS NOT PROMOTING SELF HARM??????? Do children run the enforcement
department. 14 day communication ban for something so idiotic and petty. You put powers into somebody who actually promoted self harm? The only thing I said that was wrong is when he kept sending messages I decided to END IT by saying #blocked bye **** and
I blocked him. I have good REP and have been part of the xbox community for so many years and this is ridiculous. I said **** which is the only thing I was wrong for but a 14 DAY BAN FOR THAT?? Especially with the guy having BAD REP and promoting self harm
towards me first?? I will not rest on this and will continue to fight because this is pathetic and I have spent way too much money to have my rights restricted when you have actual idiots out there provoking these types of interactions. I WANT SOME SORT OF SUPPORT OR I WILL DESTROY THIS XBOX AND SWITCH TO PLAYSTATION BECAUSE THIS IS NOT FAIR AT ALL.
