Account password forgotten

I made an xbox live account ten years ago named stifffurball30 and i need to access it but i cant access the email because i forgot the password and i don’t have the phone number i used anymore is there a why i can reset the password

Without knowing the email, password or phone number it may be difficult and definitely not something someone in the forums could accomplish.

Use this link and follow the instructions carefully to try and recover the account, if you're still unable to do so then click on the "Contact Us" to talk with an official Microsoft Employee

Sorry to hear that the console was wiped, it usually is part of the repair process,

Another good idea is to go to
https://account.live.com/acsr and see if you could recover it following the prompts.

If you cannot get your password reset link by following any of them or the steps listed, the account might be lost and you would have to create a new one.
