    Hello,

    Here's the deal, my Microsoft account said I have a security issue. Which required me to log in, verify and then change my password.

    Which is all fine and good, yet. When I try to change the password the system says the service is unavailable and to try again later. I have waited three days and each day I have tried to change my password with the same message showing up. This is preventing me from getting into my Microsoft account on multiple plate forms.

    I know it's not a scam since I go to the official micro fest website and still can't log into my account without being forced to change my password, which the service is still unavailable.

    This is locking me out of my Xbox account, Minecraft account, every account that has any connection to microsoft. No amount of help links are going to fix my problem because in the end, it will always end up with the same outcome, the service is unavailable.

    I need to talk to someone that handles account problems for Microsoft and not some automated link giver.

    If your Microsoft Account's password is changed, no matter how many emails or what email you've used to log in, it will change the password for Xbox, Office, and Skype account passwords. The Microsoft Account is a type of universal login for all Microsoft
    services.

    Can I move existing Xbox account to another Microsoft account not losing all the progresses in games?

    We could change or add a new email address but the password is the same with Microsoft account. It's a single password for all Microsoft services including Xbox in a single Microsoft account.
