    I paid for a 12 month Xbox live gold on January 9th and almost every day I get on to play online it’s asking me to buy gold. And it won’t let me do anything. Help please!

    xbox live paid for but not working

    i paid £5.99 for my gold membership on 13th Feb and now its the 25th Feb, but ive tried using xbox live on games and it says that i need to pay but i already have, i thought each payment lasted for a month?

    how can i make my gold membership work because ive already paid for this month?

    I purchased a one month live membership online for my son's Xbox and when he tries to game or use it live, it will not work. I purchased it via Microsoft.com not directly through his Xbox. I received confirmation that I paid Any suggestions thoughts or

    Try clearing the cache on your console by holding down the powerbutton for 10 seconds.
