    Hello everyone. I'm 18, but I don't know how to update my account from "child" on my Xbox. I tried to change from my parent account on the Xbox but I saw no option to change my status on it, I have also tried from the site, but nothing. My birth date is
    well configured on my account, so I don't know how to do this. Thx for the help! (Sorry for my bad English guys)

    My two emails connected to my Microsoft Account have been set to delete. I did not set this to be done, however. The problem is I no longer have access to either of the two emails and those are my only options to recover/undo the changes.

    This typically happens automatically on the Xbox One console, but if it's stuck you'll want to reach out to the chat/phone teams for assistance since they are best to help with account issues such as this.

    Option to reset account?

    You are the only person able to view the "Cheater" Zone if it is on your console. On this website everyone can see it if they view your profile. It isnt really bad but just dont make the same mistake in the future. Just keep playing xbox like you are and

    Account Renewal Options?

    The account was suspended because MS wasn't able to bill whatever payment option was on file when the subscription actually renewed, so you're not paying for a full new year, but one that was already started and that you probably had access to. :)

    If you would rather do prepaid cards I would recommend once you had one to call support because if you try to add it directly to the account it won't let you and just give you an error code.

    However, if you have the prepaid card with you and call them, they should be able to help you out with that one.

    Or, if you pay off the balance they could probably help you find something that would work for you subscription wise and put what you just paid towards the new subscription.

    Option to reset account?

    There is no way to get rid of the cheater watermark. All enforcement action taken is final. It is hest to just to create a new account that wont have the label
