account on other console

So I have my account on this one persons Xbox. And he trash talks all the time, harasses people and so on. I fear if he is banned once more, it may be a console ban. So if it is a console ban will my account on the console also be banned as well. I honestly
don't want to go through another 8+ years of gaming just to get achievements again. I really don't. How would I get my profile/account of his console. My profile I see on his Xbox 360.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

As others have said, your Live account can be present on a 360 and X1 at the same time and you can be signed into Live on both consoles with this account at the same time.

 

A console ban will not do anything to your account. Harassment is more likely to cause his account to be permanently banned rather than a console ban. But if there is a console ban it does not ban the accounts on the console.
