    Hi, I am trying to start using my Rewards, however on the main page it keeps saying my account needs updating. I've updated it a bunch of times, but something peculiar it does is first route me to Canadian billing (I'm an American citizen with zero ties
    to Canada) and it won't let me delete what information is on that Canadian part. My US information is correct, however the account needs updating indicator just stays there. I may say I have never used the Rewards system since it came out in 2013, and it hasn't
    quite affected me, but now that I'm checking in on it, it is troubling that I cant use any of the credits that have been accrued. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    UPDATE: Finally received my 15,000 credits, will deposit into my account on the 4th of December.

    Getting account suspended error. Had difficulty updating my credit card on the horribly confusing page for updating credit cards but I thought I had it fixed last week. Now I can't view my account details even though it appears I'm logged in.

    to our servers. This is consistent with your experience regarding being routed to a strange billable account. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database
    not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being
    sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Can't receive credits

    Hello yurisabreu,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Rewards Account region and your Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change
    your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. We cannot deposit USD from your US Rewards Account into a BRA Microsoft
    Account that only accepts BRL.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
    account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then
    your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

    We see that your purchase has been received and processed, and the Credits are now pending in your account, visible on the MyRewards page.
