Account not showing on xbox

Discus and support Account not showing on xbox in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; created 2 child accounts and they appeared on xbox sign in screen.     Account not showing on xbox


    created 2 child accounts and they appeared on xbox sign in screen.

    However one of the accounts has disappeared although the settings for each account are identical.

    I can see them in the family as active accounts

    At a loss why this has happened

    Frustrated parent !!

    Platform is xbox one

    I have just bought family membership using paypal, how do i activate this as not showing on primary users account on xbox but showing on laptop whrn signed into account. Is it instant or is there a waiting time?

    Wordament achievements gone

    It shows me logged in to my microsoft account. It also shows me logged into my xbox account.

    I created a microsoft account fir my sons new xbox and instead of it showing his account it is showing one i do not recognize. And as he begins to play Overwatch it is showing the random account and asking for a passkey which we did not create.

    It wasn’t on the wrong account I just meant I did it for him. It shows up in his account as redeemed but when he logs in Xbox it’s not showing up
