Account not allowed to play online

I have a problem for the second time in a different profile , it tells me it doesnt have permit to play online , I had a 14 day trial ptesent , now after a few days tells me that , and that happened on another profile I have on my x box one , trial should
still be on and no telefone tech support is available , what can I do ? The thing is that I have chosen microsoft consoles since a long time ago and doesnt seem fair as for the service is becoming to lower down on quality and mostly on the customer service
side its better to talk to a person I think.

Same has happened to me, just changed my reign and found that my country isn't supported by Xbox live -_-

Probably a caching issue if it's happening on the same console with different accounts. When the console is on, hold the power button down for 10 seconds. This will perform a hard reset and clear the cache. Try again once it's restarted

In the post, i said ive already done this.

When i go into my account settings, it just shows the setting is set to allow.

ive tried switching it to block, which obviously gives me the exact same results, but when switching it back, it still continues.

You should check your online xbox account settings and make shure it allows you to play online.

Check if your subscription is still active if not that might be the issue
