    Cant unmute people

    My account automatically muted a friend's account. I keep pressing "unmute" but it didn't work. It stays muted. Is there anyway I can fix this?

    my account was unjustly muted when responding to a player who was ruining the game for multiple players after he changed teams and cursed my team out and left. i would like to know why i was muted but not him as well....

    If you are suspended you can go to the enforcement site

    As it states in the enforcement policy its best that you ignore all communication that is a grievence to you, please ensure you follow all the terms of enforcement because your account can be banned if terms are not met.

    Replying to anyone in a negative way can lead to a ban.

    Block and mute the individuals and move to a different lobby to avoid it.
