Account migration

I migrated my xbox live account on 15th of september. from Portugal to Spain. So on 15th of december, I should be able to migrate back my account to Portugal again. That´s not the case. I am always getting error and contact the support. I contacted support
on december 21th and they said some bull***t that it is actually 4 months so on january 15th, I could go back again. Called them again yesterday (January 15th) because i can´t still migrate my account. They told me other **** that make me laugh and the answer
they gave me was to keep on trying every day...

What kind of bull***t support service is this? I would like this solved as I can´t download many of the games with gold, I had to create a fake account with 1 month free live to be able to download dirt showdown, i can´t buy anythin with my credit card or
paypal as they are not based in same country as the account, I can´t download any of the games I have previously bought and I am starting to be quite *** off because of all this as in my account nothing is blocking the migration and the support on the phone
is really rubbish.... Huge mistake to migrate accounts.....

Silver gives access to live for free but no multiplayer. Pretty sure it will be all you need to migrate her account to the one

Will I be able to use all the LIVE features of my RETAIL games after migration?? Will I be able to access them with my activation code or I need to repurchase them and get a new code?

 

Sorry to hear you're having issues. The issues with purchasing and downloading content from regions is one of the main reasons it's never recommended to change to somewhere that you do not physically live in.

Pay special attention to the things that could prevent the account from being migrated.

Conditions that prevent you from changing your region

You won’t be able to change your region if any of the following conditions apply:

You changed regions within the last three months.

Your account is currently suspended (for example, if the credit card on one of your memberships has expired).

You have an Xbox 360 Entertainment For All contract.

You are a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and will not be a minor in the region that you want to change to.

You are currently not a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and will become a minor in the region that you want to change to

If none of those pertain to you then you should call up phone support again to request help. If they say they cannot assist you then tell them you want the issue Escalated.

 

in my case, I have all the conditions .. I will try for one week, then I will cal ms again to see what excuse they will give me this time...
