    Account migration


    Recently, I accidentally changed the location of my account (from Russia to US), cause I thought, it would be only a languge change, but instead, I've got no options to buy Gold status with a Credit Card, because there's no way I can add a CC of United States
    ( I've got only russian one, not international).

    I can't wait 3 mounth delay, can u switch back my location please? I want to play with Gold status...

    Silver gives access to live for free but no multiplayer. Pretty sure it will be all you need to migrate her account to the one

    Will I be able to use all the LIVE features of my RETAIL games after migration?? Will I be able to access them with my activation code or I need to repurchase them and get a new code?

    Account migration

    You can't "accidently" changer your region as it asks you several times to confirm the change before doing it.

    You can try contacting support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     & they may perform a manual change but they are under no obligation to do so.

    If not you will have to wait the 3 months.

    How do I log into my Minecraft account?

    The migration process has ended on 19 September 2023. If you forgot to migrate your Mojang account to a Microsoft account, you will not be able to sign in.

    However, if you already migrated your account, you can't re-migrate it to a different Microsoft account.

    My gamertag has not been recovered and instead I got a new one.

    Not if the account was Migrated. When an account is migrated you lose any downloads that were downloaded before the Migrated. It even stated so on the FAQ when it was the Migration Tool was available. I think it does this by wiping out your Download History.
