Account Migration Question regarding unpaid Xbox Rewards.

    Hello,

I posted earlier regarding the issue about my account migration causing Xbox live rewards being unable to pay out.

I received the following answer to that question:

After reviewing your account, we see that your recent migration did indeed cause a currency mismatch, which is causing your deposit to fail. What is occurring is that we are unable to deposit EUR from your Belgian Rewards Account into your current Microsoft
Account region, which will not accept that regional currency. In addition, since your Rewards account is set to Belgium, it will only Reward purchases made in Euro.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option
if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ) , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

I tried to go via the commerce link to update my account so everything would match the Belgium Region Xbox Rewards account. However I still receive the notification on the Rewards website that my account needs to be updated. I really don't want to opt out
of the program and continue in dollars.

So my question is: is it possible that support can do an Account Migration from US back to Belgium without me having to wait 3 months as it says on the website? AND/OR could you tell me what exactly would need updating on that Commerce link page to make
it match so it is possible to be paid out in EUR.

Thank you so much for any help again.

    Luc

    :)

Account Migration Question regarding unpaid Xbox Rewards.

    Hello Delukke,

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over Microsoft Accounts, so we cannot perform any action to override the 3 month cooldown period that prevents repeated switching of a user's region. You would have to contact Xbox support to see if it is possible
for them to perform that operation. However, if you have already migrated your account, keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information, so if your change was only made recently, we have not received that update yet. On
the commerce page, you will need to edit your personal and billing information to the region of choice through the "Your Info" tab.

How to unlink my account from BT/EE (Game Pass Ultimate)

    Thank you,

I just did not understood the British account or Canada migration part since I have nothing to do with any of those countries, and you mention 21 days because of the unpaid balance and then 90 days because of migration?

Anyhow, I'm not waiting that long, I'm buying a PlayStation 5 and dumping the Xbox.
