    Someone please help if you possibly can,

    I bought my xbox one in the uk and set up xbox live and all was working great, then I moved to hong kong with my job and successfully changed my region so I could buy prepaid codes to continue live coverage and games downloads then I moved to spain to continue
    my job and I cannot migrate my account. I get an error message telling me to check the migration details and so far customer service cannot seem to sort this issue out and I am stuck with emails saying we are looking into the matter and it is being dealt with
    at the highest level:-( I haven't changed my region for over 12 months and want to buy new digital games etc but cant. can anyone shed any light please.

    smwutches the mods and Support personnel on forums have already stated migration even over the phone isn't an option anymore

    im haveing a problem with my account at the moment i want to migrate it to chile zone cuz i live there and i cant because the option to migrate it dosent appear in my account options and if i cant migrate it i cant use the chilean xbox360 ms points i bought
    so if somebody could help me migrate my account from us to chile please

    Unfortunately there's nothing any of us can do. We're mostly just users like yourself. You'll need to continue working with support.

    Hi Sean, here are some things that can be blocking you from being migrated:

    Conditions that can prevent you from changing your region

    You won't be able to change the region if one of the following conditions apply:

    • You have changed the regions over the past three months.

    • Your account is currently suspended (for example, if the credit card used in one of its signatures have expired).

    • You have a Xbox 360 Entertainment contract For All

    • You are under age (according to the law in force) in your current region and is not minor in the region for which you want to change.

    • You are not underage (according to the law in force) in your current region and are under age in the region for which you want to change.

    And, for the suport team that is helping you, Ask them to check the phone number in your account. The Area code MUST have 3 digits, if not, it can block your migration process

  6. Thanx for the advice and i changed the phone number but it still wont allow me to change my region. Its so frustrating, but thank you anyway. will keep on trying.

    If you have another subscriptions like OneDrive, EA Access, the subscription must be canceled first or you must wait till the subscription ends to proceed with the migration

    Well two things first if you want fable you might as well make a proper regional account with gold

    Migration isnt instant and can take a few or 30days according to support

    It is best to use your actual region

    Your internet may be based in the USA. Contact your internet provider to migrate the location.

    Hi Owie,

    Sorry to hear you're running into this. Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this.

    Looking into your account, it does indeed look like you initiated a region migration on 7/6, which would be why you are unable to transfer your region at this time.

    At this point, you will need to wait the required 90 days until you can transfer your region again.
