Hi my name's Nilo, I'm from Brazil hope you guys could help me.

On Jan 14th i made a account switch from LIVE USA to LIVE Brazil. but it's seen that something holding me back on LIVE USA, all my dashboard content is still in english, the deal off week promotion always is form the LIVE USA. On xbox.com i see the site
content in protuguese and last month the Games with Gold in LIVE Brazil was Tomb Raider Underworld because

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is not available (witch as the GwG on Live US) but when i went to get it they

automatically chance to the page in english and put a price on the game. I having problem with my payment options too, i can add my credcards on xbox.com with my adress in brazil, but in my dashboard they don't appear too me and when i try
to add one a get a error.

I already clear cache and redownload my profile on the xbox and didn't work.

smwutches the mods and Support personnel on forums have already stated migration even over the phone isn't an option anymore

im haveing a problem with my account at the moment i want to migrate it to chile zone cuz i live there and i cant because the option to migrate it dosent appear in my account options and if i cant migrate it i cant use the chilean xbox360 ms points i bought
so if somebody could help me migrate my account from us to chile please

make sure you've changed your region here:

live.xbox.com/.../AccountMigration

and then try deleting your profile, clearing cache, power cycling your console and internet modem and then try re-downloading profile to see if it worked.

OK I try all procedures but it didn't work at all, and I've already said it in the thread but i got a new problem: It's been 3 month i had made my account migration and now my Xbox Live gold account apparently no longer exist. I'm may think it have something
to do with that migration problem. On dec 20 2013 i actived a 12 month prepaid card that should kept me Gold until Dec 2014. So i really expecting a solution here guys.

Yes, i changed it just an hour ago. i even didn't expect that I'll get completely empty game store. Is there any way to switch region with the help of someone from xbox support?

Well two things first if you want fable you might as well make a proper regional account with gold

Migration isnt instant and can take a few or 30days according to support

It is best to use your actual region

Your internet may be based in the USA. Contact your internet provider to migrate the location.

Sorry to hear you're running into this. Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this.

Looking into your account, it does indeed look like you initiated a region migration on 7/6, which would be why you are unable to transfer your region at this time.

At this point, you will need to wait the required 90 days until you can transfer your region again.

Thanx for the advice and i changed the phone number but it still wont allow me to change my region. Its so frustrating, but thank you anyway. will keep on trying.
