    I want to change my account from Hongkong to Brazil, but it indicates something wrong and just let me check the online help. I also contact Microsoft support and no account suspend or balance exist, I also change my account bill address information into
    English. Can anyone have some other ideas?

    account migration failed

    It's an internal issue that happened on the server side.

    just call into Xbox customer support and tell them exactly what happened and they will send your case to a specialist to have it manually fixed.

    I got the same problem moved from Australia to England and still can't download the phone games and play them. The matter is we shouldn't have to do those things.

    The Region isn't changed. He shows me my old region. At the first try of migration it seemed to work, there was no error but now he says i can't change, maybe because it was just a change which didn't worked. i waited 48 hours and still region isn't changed.
    I'm 30 years old so i shouldn't be a minor anywhere. I never used a credit card for payment, i use the codes. I have no contract.

    Sorry to hear about the region troubles. Let's see what we can do.

    When you say it didn't work, what do you mean exactly? What is that error message you are seeing?

    Here are a few conditions that may prevent you from changing regions:

    • You changed regions within the last three months.
    • Your account is currently suspended (for example, if the credit card on one of your subscriptions has expired).
    • You have an Xbox 360 Entertainment For All contract.
    • You are a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and will not be a minor in the region that you want to change to.
    • You are currently not a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and will become a minor in the region that you want to change to.

    Let us know, and we can move forward from there.

    did you do the migration yourself?

    yes you will have to contact support

    as long as your account location doesn't reflect your actual location then you cannot download without issues dlc or games on demand games as alot of triple a titles are region locked

    for the best experience with live your account location should always reflect your actual location
