    Hello I have a Locale/Language/Billing Problem. I created my account on an India Locale, and since then ive changed it to United States/English Language. Then recently i wanted to change my gamertag, it still shows "RS" India money even though i changed
    both the locale on the Xbox And Computer. I've also not been able to change the gamertag because there is no Payment Option on the account, although I've already added a Visa expiring in 2017 and there is already $15.00 on the account. This stuff only shows
    on xbox.com, explaining why it doesn't update onto my account. I've also recently changed The billing info to my "legitimate info" which doesn't update onto my account either, when i try to update myself on the xbox it just shows i can't change the states
    to the American states it only allows me to change them to India states, again stuck on India locale even though i changed it. Attempting to change it on the computer from India to United States works showing /en-US/ in the web address at the top. But when
    I logout of xbox.com and back into it, it then again shows /en-IN/ in the address for India again although i changed the locale on Both: Console and Xbox.com, and changed the billing information to United States, Illinois only on the computer as it doesn't
    allow me on the console. I've already Migrated the account from India To United States. On my xbox it still shows India money and it won't let me put proper billing information in, it's stuck on states in India. This isn't allowing me to use My United States:
    Xbox Live, Microsoft Points, the credit card i registered on it (The credit card i put on it on xbox.com won't even show up on the account and when I try to change my name it says add a payment option but i already have money and a credit card on the account).
    If you can please migrate my account effectively and change my locale Permanetly to United States, thanks. I've also already done the proper migration method which still didnt work, not just changing the region. I've already used Sign in to your Microsoft account
    once today and from conditions i can't do it for another three months, and my account is stil messed up Thank you, Gamertag:

    It's an internal issue that happened on the server side.

    just call into Xbox customer support and tell them exactly what happened and they will send your case to a specialist to have it manually fixed.

    I got the same problem moved from Australia to England and still can't download the phone games and play them. The matter is we shouldn't have to do those things.

    Go to Web Server's Default Page and sign in with your e-mail and password. Update your account information and address on your profile, make sure that it does not show India as your location.

    The Region isn't changed. He shows me my old region. At the first try of migration it seemed to work, there was no error but now he says i can't change, maybe because it was just a change which didn't worked. i waited 48 hours and still region isn't changed.
    I'm 30 years old so i shouldn't be a minor anywhere. I never used a credit card for payment, i use the codes. I have no contract.

    Sorry to hear about the region troubles. Let's see what we can do.

    When you say it didn't work, what do you mean exactly? What is that error message you are seeing?

    Here are a few conditions that may prevent you from changing regions:

    • You changed regions within the last three months.
    • Your account is currently suspended (for example, if the credit card on one of your subscriptions has expired).
    • You have an Xbox 360 Entertainment For All contract.
    • You are a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and will not be a minor in the region that you want to change to.
    • You are currently not a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and will become a minor in the region that you want to change to.

    Let us know, and we can move forward from there.
