    Account migration doesn't work on xbox console


    I need help! For days I tried to look around and talk to support team, but still nothing. We moved couple weeks ago and I did the account migration thing. Changed everything on PC. Everything is set now there, right language, right country, I was able to
    add money, to add credit card, etc... but when I go to xbox and try to play it's still US. Changed locale there, didn't do anything. When I try to change billing address, there no option of changing country.

    I though once I change on PC it will just update automatically in few days, been 4 days and nothing. And yes, I restarted the xbox several times. ANY help, any advice would be greatly appreciated. I even tried to add PayPal to just buy stuff from US account
    I have now, but it didn't even accept that. Account migration doesn't work on xbox console :(

    If you are not using the region. Migration tool under my account but only changing your location on this website that's doesn't work

    That only changes the language

    Also a vpn doesn't work

    Cannot change region !

    Changing the region on the console shouldn't effect the region your profile is set to, so an account migration wouldn't really be relevant. It doesn't sound like you processed any sort of migration anyway. What happens if you select Canada as the region?

    hi it does normally take about 90 days for a migration to take affect (dont ask me why it takes for ever, seams to be an easy process) also is your region in this list?:www.xbox.com/.../countries

    I know! It does seem easy, it should just synchronize from PC. But I guess I can wait, not that I have a choice LOL Thank you for answering though! And yes, Finland is on the list.

    Xbox one - wrong location

    The movies do show up, they did before i migrated the xbox live account to thailand (it was US previously) and they do now after migrating it to Thailand, the Xbox itself is set to the US.

    No matter how I switch it around, it won't work:

    US account - US settings in console -> doesn't work - you can't stream outside the country that your xbox live account is set to.

    Thailand account - US settings in console -> doesn't work, your xbox live location settings do not match the console settings - can't change console location settings, no thailand in the location settings selectable.

    You should be able to use it if you use the Account Migration option, and change your address in the links I gave.

    Microsoft account migration is different than the console region change.

    If that doesn't work then something may be wrong with your account. Contact xbox support:

    Another account migration issue

    Did you migrate your account from UK to Australia in the past 3 months ? If so then that's the reason why it doesn't work. You can only migrate it every 3 months
