Account, Microsoft store and Games Issue

Since weeks my account got a issue and i buy a new console and i can't do anythig, in home, i can't log in normally, and when i can log in, in my game and apps i can't install a game or update a game, can't visit the microsoft store and in my home screen
looks like new with the green screen and i can't costumize my account, because the account image its invisible, there's nothing, my color, i edit it and don't appears the choosen color, in all the installed games don't appears the shop, so i can't buy anything
in any game, when i try to install a game it says "installation stopped" its not my network, my console its updated, im not banned in any game, i contact a lot of people of the support of xbox and my console and account dpesn't work, i tryied with other accounts
and its the same thing, can't update, can't install bla bla bla..

, what happens??? All the services are online, please help me i'm 2 week without playing anything

Issues with Microsoft Store.

tried to purchase ultimate edition of injustice 2 this evening and system error was produced. Attempted several more times thinking it was perhaps an entry issue. Now I’m sitting here with no digital copy of the game but my account having been charged four
hundred dollars in pending fees. Very upset customer. Please help.

 

Microsoft Store Issue

After updating my system tonight I went to the Microsoft store app and tried to buy The Sims 4. However, I couldn't see any way to actually purchase the game. I thought that it was because it might not have been released yet, but after double checking that
it had, I figured that it had to be a glitch in the new update.

I gave Microsoft support a call and spoke to a lovely chap who confirmed that it was indeed a glitch and that it was also a known issue. He couldn't offer a workaround though which left me a little frustrated, but I had a brainwave.

I checked the store on the Microsoft site and realised that I could buy games from here on my Xbox account and then install them on my Xbox!

I thought that I'd make this post to help anyone who might be getting frustrated with the same issue and didn't want to call Microsoft Support and spend £40 on hold.

factory reset on your console while keeping your games and apps.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.

Make sure you have your email and password as you will be asked to sign back in. Let us know if this helps!

 

Do the accounts work normally on other Xbox consoles?

 

I can't log in right now

 

Right now i got a xbox one s and before a normal xbox one and i log in with my account and other accouns and nothing, right now i can't write the email and password and says this, its not my network or something like that

 

It has been a very long time since I have created a microsoft account but could it possibly be because you have not verified your email address. It is weird you can't do anything with your account right after you sign in.
