    Buonasera,

    È da mesi che il mio abbonamento di Ea Access mi tormenta, sostanzialmente ho scoperto che c’è un abbonamento scaduto che vorrei rinnovarlo per sbloccare la situazione ma nè da Xbox nè dal sito Microsoft mi permette di farlo e anzi, ogni qualvolta che tenta
    di entrare nella voce Servizi e Abbonamenti del mio account Microsoft, mi restituisce l’errore: “Riprova, c’è stato un errore che dipende da Microsoft e al momento non rè possibile visualizzare tutti i dati. Prova ad aspettare un po’ di tempo.”

    Questo errore è da mesi che me lo da e mi blocca totalmente il da farsi.

    se vi serve ho il Traceid: MNuKJC2CUEyBzr+w.14.43.4

    ciao, hai provato a rinnovarlo non tramite i siti di MS e Xbox ma direttamente da quello di EA Access?

    Riprova il rinnovo ma da un pc sul sito della EA direttamente.
