    Salve,

    è da un paio di giorni che quando provo ad accedere al mio account Microsoft Rewards questo risulta sospeso. A quanto pare non posso più accedere al mio account Rewards. Come mai? Ho provato a mandare un ticket di assistenza
    tramite la pagina "nuova richiesta di supporto" ma dopo aver compilato i campi e descritto il problema, mi da l'errore "Spiacenti. Si è verificato un
    errore. Riprova più tardi" nel momento in cui clicco su "Invia".

    Sono rimasto praticamente bloccato. Come posso procedere per risolvere il problema appena descritto?

    It's been a couple of days that when I try to log into my Microsoft Rewards account, it is suspended. Apparently I can no longer log into my Rewards account. Why? I tried to send a support ticket through the "new support request" page but after filling
    in the fields and describing the problem, it gives me the error "Sorry. An error has occurred. Please try again later" when I click on "Submit".

    I was practically stuck. How can I proceed to solve the problem just described?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are suspended on the rewards program. Unfortunately, no one here on the forums can assist in this issue. You will need to fill out a rewards
    request form    . As there is nothing more we can do here on the forums. I will be locking this thread.
