    hello everyone I have a problem ... I have always had a different microsoft account on the pc than the xbox one ... but now I can't log in with my main xbox account on the pc because the microsoft account it's different ... I just want to know if it is
    possible to change and transfer the xbox account to another microsoft account which is the one I usually use on the pc

    You can't. You have to do a password reset on the original account in order to change the account on your Gamertag. What you can do is go to
    http://account.live.com/acsr and fill out this form. Keep the number you get once it's been submitted!

    You can then take this information to Live support and they can help you get it reset.
