Account messed up after playing gigantic$windows store$

So today i downloaded gigantic on my computer and signed in. later today i downloaded on my other computer and signed in. then it said to create a xbox account with the email that already had one so i thought it was a glitch and just clicked next. now when
i logged into the computer i played gigantic first it says but the original one was stormfighter123 which was mine. i searched stormfighter123 and it was my account cuz it said 9h i played gigantic. I think a glitch happened and i made another
account on the same email. PLZZZZZZ help me regain my name.

Account messed up after last night

I was expecting to come to the forum today with people relaying similar stories, and I am surprised to see none. Last I had a lot of difficultly connecting to the MP of COD. I was not alone as a buddy of mine had similar issues,

Upon connecting I could see right away that somethings was wrong with my account as the menu was light up with green "NEW" at all the menu headers. Upon further investigation it appeared that I lost all my custom classes, and it was showing dozens of "new"
calling cards that I know that I have not earned. Furthermore, all my tokens, permanent unlocks, etc were all gone.

Of course, I restarted several times to see if this would rectify the issue. It did not. What is also interesting is although my prestige, and main stats were consistent, my actual stas under combat record were completely borked. For example for trophy system,
which Ive never used it said I used in 838,000,234 times. This was consistent throughout the stats. Grenades showed used 8987E-12E. You get the point.

I went on to play figuring that it was a server thing, and that everything would correct itself the next day. Unfortunately in joining tonight the issues remain. To my surprise I appear to be the only one with issue, where I assumed that there would be many
with the same experience.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice?

Been a while since I played RE4 up to that point but I take it by "gigantic dude" you mean El Gigante -
residentevil.wikia.com/El_Gigante - and would hence be at Chapter 2-3 just after the cabin siege?

Have you tried fighting him (El Gigante) instead of the Bella Sisters (the "Chainsaw wielding dames") and then seeing if you run into the same problem?

Just a question for all: do you all have Paladins and /or Realm Royale installed? I managed to find a way to force this error... when i visit the RR Store and this is glitched and i leave the store. In 90% of all attempts i got this error after i tried
to open my xbox menu right after leaving the glitched store... i play RR a lot, and this happens only when playing this game... may sound like a gigantic coincidence but maybe someone should do something...

Sign in the Microsoft Store with the old account. Then, install "Minecraft for Windows 10", it should be free. After that, sign out your old account from the Microsoft Store. Open up "Minecraft for Windows 10", then sign in with your new account. You will
get updates for free if you do the following. I hope this helps.

well nothing really worked out it turns out that *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** is not a legit email ( i wonder why my Xbox thinks it is) therefor the only solution is to start a new Xbox account abandon all my well spent Microsoft points.

the bright side is that my gamer points wot be so low and that my Xbox will finally let me play black ops 2.

but besides that everything will work out. thanks anyway. you really did help.
