    With all these changes in Microsoft's account merging i forgot an account, the one i used in my xbox subscription, i don't know which how do recover this account so i can stop automated payment for Xbox Live Gold, i don't use my xbox 360 anymore. Please
    help quick!

    hi enforcemet team xbox support told me to say this the refunds i got were legit i didnt do anything wroung and about the house being robbed it was real and i didnt mean the robbers called for refunds no i did my gamertag is warmaster1690 and xbox didnt
    tell me there were a refund limit i had no clue so everyone made a mistake and mixed up i just want to play games on my xbox one cuse i dont have a 360 anymore they took it

    You will need to contact Xbox Phone/Chat support and ask our Billing department for a refund for this accidental purchase. You can contact them by going to this link:

    It's happen in Xbox app for windows 10 ( none beta ) , Xbox app for android and Xbox.com profile. So I think it's something in servers not apps.
