    I still have this problem. I don't know if it is possible to do this but, back in 2013 I created an xbox live account on the xbox 360. Years after that the xbox one released and I wanted to use the same profile like i had on the xbox 360. Instead I created a another xbox live account. So microsoft is it possible to merge two xbox live account? Like have the gamer score and data file saves from games merged together? I would like to have the xbox 360 account merged together into my xbox one account, so the second account woudn't exist because its one with another account making it a one xbox account. Please microsoft because I already gained game progress over my xbox one account and most of my purchases are on my xbox 360 account! Please

    Could microsoft or could you send them a suggestion about this please? It's worth a try at least but the response is very slim or change thanks anyway!

    It's not possible to merge accounts or transfer anything between accounts.

    I have offline profile with all my games but none on my xbl profile that i just downloaded...

    Unfortunately you cannot transfer game saves and achievements from one profile to another. You also cannot merge two accounts. Sorry!

    You cannot transfer data between two accounts, so all saved games and achievements (including of course digital content you have purchased) will remain linked to your account, the new one will start from scratch.
