    I woke up this morning to an email saying my account had been permanently suspended for violating guidelines. I sent an appeal asking them to provide a more specific reason as to why I was suspended. I received no response, and the appeal was denied. I later found a large amount of failed logins to my email from different IP addresses from the past couple of weeks. These failed logins made me consider the possibility of my account being hacked. Is there any way I could submit another appeal and/or possibly get my account back?

    You are unable to recover an Account that has been permanently suspended. There is no way around this.
    Once an account is permanently banned from Xbox LIVE, all content and features associated with that account that require the online aspect of the LIVE service would become unavailable, including the account recovery feature.

    If it is truly permanently banned, no. Once an account is banned you forfeit anything on the account and there's no way to sign into it to set your Home account. It's always best to set your own console as your Home account.

    There has been a glitch with the suspension notifications though that has been telling everyone they are permanently banned when they're just suspended. So you may not be permanently banned.

    Customer services can not help with accounts that have been suspended or banned permanently.

    I am pretty sure that once an account has been permanently banned the associated gamertag is locked to it.
