    I have created this Xbox Live account long ago, and I have few G's in this that I earned PC games, and today I tried to login my Xbox account on Xbox 360 with this account (wich has a Gmail address by the way) and I received the messege that this account
    (PC) is linked with another account.

    Can I use this Gmail address in my existing Xbox 360 account ?

    Hello,

    What you've done is incorrect, unfortunately. If you wished to stop paying for Xbox LIVE you should not just stop reloading the payment method that you had on file. The proper way to cancel the account would be to turn off automatic renewal. What you've essentially
    done is gotten your account suspended due to the payment option on file not having any funds to cover the cost of the renewal.

    You'll need to contact phone support if you wish to cancel the account and return to a silver or "free" membership now as you will not be able to do so directly on the website. In the future if you wish to subscribe to Xbox LIVE as a Gold member and decide
    that you no longer wish to stay subscribed, please make sure that you turn off automatic renewal by following the directions
    here.

    Due to the nature of your current situation, you will need to contact phone support for a resolution.

    Once you download it you should be signed into the account you're using from the PC.

    If you're wanting to use an account you already have on the Xbox, but you want to use your gmail to sign into it, you will have to use the link DangerousBard gave you to switch email addresses.

    I downloaded my gmail account in my console and followed the steps in the support, but when I tried to move this gamertag to another email I received and error message, then I searched for it and found out in this topic:

    forums.xbox.com/.../1683425.aspx

    that many people are having the same problem, so I'll call Microsoft support tomorrow and try to solve this problem.

    But I turned automatic renewal off, I had the Xbox music pass trial and no longer wanted the service so it directed me to the auto renewal shut off, like you did, and it was already off.
