    Hello.

    My xbox360 is dead. I bought a new one, I tried to download my
    profile, but the system tells me that my account
    is non-existent !

    All content downloaded for a fee,
    the live gold membership, everything lost !

    Is there a possible solution?

    I'm desperate.

    Xbox has made me lose my game progress

    So recently Xbox store would not load and it kept telling me that I should restart the system. So I did and now all my progress has been completely lost for everything not with a backed up account. So I have lost quite a bit of Fallout 4 progress. Please can someone help?

    Are you certain that you're putting in the email/password info correctly?

    If your old console still starts up and you are still having this issue you could try getting a usb stick and move the tag to it to transfer to the new console.

    Unfortunately my old xbox shows no signs of life.

    At this point I am not sure of the email address, even though I was.

    There is no way to retrieve it from the database?

    Support would be the only ones who could help you. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account they can get you the email and you would need to reset the password. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    How would I do that? When I go to contact us it's a bot which doesn't understand what I say, how would I message the support team directly?

    Hello,

    It's likely your account isn't lost but you're signing in with an e-mail that is incorrect. If you have access to the gamertag on your Xbox 360 console, please go to your Dashboard > Settings > Account > 3rd Tab (Account Information) > Account Security > Look
    to the right and you'll see the e-mail you should be using to sign into Xbox.com to get your gamertag to show up.

    If you don't have the means to do that then I would suggest that you Chat with Microsoft Support or Request a Call. You can do either option by going to this page
    here and clicking on Billing and Memberships, under Microsoft Account click Forgot Microsoft Account Username. You'll need to be able to provide the agent with the information
    on the account before they are able to give you the e-mail associated with the account. If you're not able to provide them with the information they are asking then they will not be able to assist you with your inquiry.

    You could try calling Xbox support and see what they could do for you... I'm pretty sure they can give you the windows live ID if you have forgotten it... but be prepared to answer a few security questions on your account.
