Account lost/data gone

Hey,

I lost my account CRAFTY_FU6KER a few months back when i was home and didnt think much of it then and thought i would just be able to re download it.

The account wasnt working and i wasnt able to sign in etc and so i looked it up and a couple people said to delete the profile and then re download it. Which i did

but wen i redownloaded it my gamertag was changed to and i had lost all gamer points and data. I talked to an xbox support person and he

thought it was to do with the name which i admit is inappropriate and would have changed it. He said when i redownloaded it at around the same time someone

had flagged it up for the name being inappropriate and this *** up the data somehow and automatically changed the gamertag and somehow the data? The

weird thing is when i try to change my gamertag to my old one it says its taken so my account is still out there somewhere?

Going to sell it so want all data and accounts gone

what happened was you entered either the email or password wrong and the system gave you a new account as it is a combo of email/pass that had no account attached to it. make sure you enter it correctly if still having an issue contact support and they
should help you, and best to change the tag before it gets reported and you get a forced name change too many of those gets you a perm ban off of live.

Hey i have tried all my emails that have been associated with it and they haven't worked, a different password with the same email surely wouldnt log you into a totally different account? This is the old message i sent a couple months back and might help
you understand a bit more:

Hey, when i tried to log in to xbox live it suddenly wouldn't let me sign in and said something along the lines of 'you cannot sign in to xbox live with your account on this console please re-download your account'. I looked up on the forums about this and
it said to delete your profile, clear your xbox cache and re-download it. I did this up to the stage of re-downloading my account and it wouldn't let me for some reason and said 'this email isn't associated with axbox account' which i knew it actually was,
i went to xbox sign in on the internet and signed in and it kept asking me to 'make an xbox live account' which i already had and i couldn't do this without a parents account which i had and so logged in with it and did everything it said as i thought maybe
this is why it isn't letting me re-download my account. So for some reason the parents account linked with mine and it gave me a new gamer tag and profile and when i logged in again with this on my xbox it loaded this new gamer tag and not my old one, i tried
to log out and re-log in with the email and password of my old gamer tag but for some reason it is still stuck with this new profile and i just cant seem to recover my old profile as if it has been deleted or dissociated with my original log in details?

Honestly, it sounds like someone else with access to that console deleted your stuff on you. Unless you deleted and recovered your profile and picked the wrong delete options, deleting all items as well.

If the files corrupted, they would still be there but reading as corrupt.

If the hard drive failed, everything would be gone.

I really know how it feels.

I had a simaliar problem like you, but then 50% till 75% of my saved games were deleted. I still have not figured out why.

I know there are quite a lot of recovery prgrammes for Windows-based computers that can recover lost/removed data, but unfortunetly, Xbox has not made that step yet and you are not the only one who encounters this problem.

I know how frustating this can be, but there is no other option left. I decided to continue with Xbox.

How longer I waited with playing the games again, how longer it takes that I completed the Singeplayer games, so I have almost everything completed again.

But lucky for you, you still have your Gamerscore. I see you have quite a lot and it would be a shame if you had to do that over again too.
