account losing game liscensing

on my account when i try to play the majority of my games im hit with an error stating i dont own the game. after contacting support i tried all the typical efforts, remove and add the acc, reset the console, ect. with no avail. after another call i found
out i no longer have the licensing for these games and if i look in my order history they dont even appear, as if i never bought them. so l lost the licensing? Im assuming this is a bug with purchase verification? (bought the game on sale, could there be a
disconnect somewhere pertaining to game value and payment equaling ownership verification? once the game goes off sale not retaining the licensing? just my best guess) either way theres many others facing this bug rendering hundreds of dollars worth of games
worthless. still no follow up from a ranger.

Are you using Home Xbox sharing with another account? Perhaps they were Game Pass games?

Are these games you directly purchased or are these games you downloaded while belonging to the game pass? If you subscription to game pass expires you will lose access to the games you downloaded while it was active.

This is the first I have seen of this. Have you tried performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console?

If that doesn't work then you will have to try to resolve it through
Xbox Support as no one in the forums has that information available.

Sorry to hear you are running into these issues with the game licenses and such. I understand this may be frustrating but it is always possible that the games themselves were purchased using a separate account and could have been game shared this whole time
using the Home console feature.

If you arent game sharing, i would suggest power cycling the Console by holding down the power button or contacting microsoft support.
