    We found a number of transactions on my husbands account yesterday, 9 in total and an attempted £300 the previous day which. His provider declined. Ive requested refunds, cant speak to anybody weve changed the password and removed the card from the
    account, do we need to do anything else.?

    Hi,

    You did the right thing by changing the password and removing you credit card, you also could reach the Xbox technical support to tell them about this issue as they maybe able to check if the account is still hosted on another console.
