Account logging off on my Xbox One

Discus and support Account logging off on my Xbox One in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My account would log off while I'm playing WWII in campaign.     Account logging off on my Xbox One


    My account would log off while I'm playing WWII in campaign. It would log me out like 5-10 mins into the game.

    Family account

    There was only one gamerpic on the home screen and that one was mine. The xbox was off. He went to school. I turned on the xbox, it logged me in. He was not even in the house. The only pic by the log in was mine. The sceen was my color... there was nothing to indicate his account was logged in at all. Is there another way to tell. The player two controller was even off.....

    One another note, how can you tell which controller is logged in under who?

    Party overlay

    Yesterday, was playing online with a friend using in game voice chat. I had party overlay off. Upon finishing our game, I closed out of the game and logged out of my Xbox account. Powered down my Xbox via controller. Ten minutes later my son logged in to HIS Xbox account. In the upper left corner, the party overlay was on. My friends gamertag was listed. My son and my friend have never been friends on the Xbox. It would not go away. I logged back into my account, deleted our friendship, even blocked my friend. Still nothing! My son and I are not friends on Xbox. I called my friend, he logged off and turned his Xbox off, still nothing. I did a power cycle restart via the Xbox button on the Xbox. That took care of the issue. Any suggestions so I do not have to go through all that Everytime I play? Anyone else have this issue?

    Do you mean take your account off the other persons Xbox?

    There is no way to do that unless you are at that Xbox itself.

    The best thing you can do if you do not want them to have access to your account would be to change your password on your account at account.microsoft.com and that would require anytime that account tries to sign in again for the new password to be entered
    and if the person does not know the new password they would not have access to your account.

    If you have their xbox set as your home xbox so that they can play your games you would also want to sign into another xbox and make it as your home xbox.

    Hello there,

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning someone else that is currently using your Microsoft account.

    To sign someone off of a Microsoft account that is currently on another Xbox One console, you would simply first
    change the password to the Microsoft account, and then sign into the account on your console.

    Try this out, and this should further stop another user from signing into your account.
