Let me see what I can do to help:

This sounds like you were assigned a random username which happens when your account is first created. You have the option to change this username for free: Change Gamertag | Xbox Support

If this is not your first time signing in, then I would recommend double checking your account info. Specifically, your log in email. If the system picks up that there is no Microsoft Account associated to the email you typed in, then it will go through the account creation process and give you that randomly assigned gamertag.

Same issue.

Logged into windows, email, etc with account A

Logged into xbox app. with account B.

Microsft Solitaire logs in with account B (correct).

Microsoft Mahjong logs in with account B (correct).

Microsoft Minesweeper logs in with account A (incorrect).

Microsoft Sudoku logs in with account A (incorrect).

It sounds like you may have what the 360s called an offline profile.

Have you ever done any Multiplayer gaming with this account?

Have you ever done anything online with apps like Netflix with this account?

The 360s unless you were going to do something online did not require you to have a MS account attached to it with the Ones all accounts need to have a MS account attached to it.

We recommend submitting a ticket to Mojang Support regarding this issue, as there may be an entitlement issue due to having two accounts liked to the same email address. Please reach out to support and keep us updated on what they recommend, or if they resolve your issue.

Additionally, I have reuploaded your screenshots and removed your gamertags from them. Please do not include PII (personally identifiable information) in a public forum in the future.
