    Please tell me in detail what rules I violated.

    So far, all Microsoft-related software, including my One drive and Xbox, cannot be used.

    Is my Xbox account guilty too? All the games and game saves I purchased are gone?

    What you said is so general, I cannot accept it.Is this how your company solves problems?

Microsoft Community provides you with technical support and does not have access to your account, you can try to restore your account by filling out the form.

    You were given the wrong info.Phone/chat support often tell people to post here when they can't help or don't know what to do.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums,as Smwutches said,you need to go to the enforcement site.

    Can’t claim games with gold anymore. Gold is active too.

    This is not the problem because on other devices or even in the application the same error happens, there is likely to be some account lockout
