    Account lockout


    My account is still locked, I might not be able to get it unlocked. This is of course about a different account. I already filled out the customer support forms about it and it failed to verify me as the owner of the account. Is there anyway I could get
    it sorted out?

    I know, it might not be listed under the best category.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. For information about your suspension and to try submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

Microsoft Community provides you with technical support and does not have access to your account, you can try to restore your account by filling out the form.

    You were given the wrong info.Phone/chat support often tell people to post here when they can't help or don't know what to do.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums,as Smwutches said,you need to go to the enforcement site.

    Can’t claim games with gold anymore. Gold is active too.

    This is not the problem because on other devices or even in the application the same error happens, there is likely to be some account lockout
