Account locked

Hi,

This is my 3rd attempt at getting this resolved, so here goes...

My Xbox live account was locked about 3 years ago due to 'suspicious activity'. I'm unable to unblock it because the email associated with the account was a virgin account that I no longer have as they kill your accounts when u stop getting ur broadband
from them.

I've tried in vain to fill out the forms to prove who I am but I'm stuck in a cycle of them telling me my information is not right and to fill out the form again.

I'm getting charged every year for an account I can't access because I can't login to stop the payments. Even this year when the original credit card that I pay from expired, you've still somehow managed to take payment from my new card.

I've tried using the call me for to speak to a human but pressing the Submit does nothing.

Please please please don't suggest I resolve this by filling out the same form I've filled out 40 times already...

Just disable them befor e launching your game also if the friend doesn't learn delete his profile and say sorry no more use sense he can't listen.

If you disable the console from being your Home Console, then other users will have to either own the content themselves, or you will have to be logged in for them to play it. Although signing in every time someone wants to play content you own can be tedious if you are the primary provider of content on the console.

Here are directions for removing mods from the console:

This will wipe out all the mods from the console. If you just want to remove certain mods, then I believe that can be done via the Mod Browser in the game. Although I haven't messed with this myself. So I'm uncertain of how that works.

Edit: It looks like you can disable them in the game. So even though they will still be on the console, they won't be enable for your game saves.

Sorry but there is nothing anyone on the forums can do as no one here has access to your account/billing info.

You need to contact support,either by chat or by phone,as the are the only ones who have access to all your info & can cancel auto renewal as you can't do it the other ways.
