account locked

Below is my current status, I called into xbox live support and was directed to an enforcer as my account was locked and the tech was unable to reactivate it. So is this where i can get help or who do i have to talk to next?

Hello my gamer tag is , I canceled my account awhile back over issues with roommates and unwanted purchases. I called tech support and was redirected here when trying to register again. I'm not sure what this lock is about... It was a long time
ago but I'm pretty sure I canceled reoccurring and it billed anyway then I called in to cancel. Perhaps somewhere in this process the code of conduct was broken? I don't understand how though. Let me know what you find about this issue so we can work towards
rectifying it or I can started on a new account. Thank you for your time

Just disable them befor e launching your game also if the friend doesn't learn delete his profile and say sorry no more use sense he can't listen.

If you disable the console from being your Home Console, then other users will have to either own the content themselves, or you will have to be logged in for them to play it. Although signing in every time someone wants to play content you own can be tedious if you are the primary provider of content on the console.

Here are directions for removing mods from the console:

This will wipe out all the mods from the console. If you just want to remove certain mods, then I believe that can be done via the Mod Browser in the game. Although I haven't messed with this myself. So I'm uncertain of how that works.

Edit: It looks like you can disable them in the game. So even though they will still be on the console, they won't be enable for your game saves.
