    I was given an account over a year ago by a friend I then used that, then silly enough gave it to someone else and that process was repeated. As I come back to finally play Xbox again it says it’s locked from violation of terms of service or something along them lines I’ve gone and done the forms to complete but am worried, it isn’t originally my account but was given to me and asked questions of where it was made and other stuff about creation and things along them lines. I provided all of my information but I wasn’t the original owner can I still get the account back

    Please try the steps below:

    1. To unblock your windows live id follow these steps
    2. Go to accounts.live.com and sign in.
    3. Select continue when it says your account has been blocked.
    4. Go to the email address shown and check the email.
    5. Get the code from the email, and put the code where its appropriate.
    6. Your account is now unblocked.
    Let me know if that worked for you.

    then you will have to post in the suspension forum (last forum at the bottom of the support page) they can tell you why the account was suspended (make sure you give them the correct name so they can give you the info).
