    My account has been locked for probaly 3 days now got an email the other say like we cant help u due to you have a athenticater on your account well of course i would to stop hackers from getting in . But i dknt get how they cant do anything to help me like come on i just got my account back last week then few days later this happens . I lost my account for like 3-4 years from a hacker then when i get it back it gets locked i dont understand what is going on i just want this problem fixed i stream off twitch on xbox and now that this has happend i cant stream like i normally do. This is honestly so irratating and dumb.

    Please try the steps below:

    1. To unblock your windows live id follow these steps
    2. Go to accounts.live.com and sign in.
    3. Select continue when it says your account has been blocked.
    4. Go to the email address shown and check the email.
    5. Get the code from the email, and put the code where its appropriate.
    6. Your account is now unblocked.
    Let me know if that worked for you.

    then you will have to post in the suspension forum (last forum at the bottom of the support page) they can tell you why the account was suspended (make sure you give them the correct name so they can give you the info).
