Discus and support Account locked in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; My microsoft account has been locked.     Account locked


    My microsoft account has been locked. Ive basically done everything to try and fix it.

    ive typed in a phone number and it says ussace limit exceeded try again tomorrow. I wait a day still says the sane thing.(it does the same thing with every phone number ive tried)

    2 step verifacation still locked.

    microsoft support= they never know how to fix my account

    submit a request = i never get a reply

    change password= still locked.

    so im asking why is my account getting locked?

    and why does it say supcious activity when all i do is play online?

    i know for a fact no one has my account.

    so im asking why do the people that lock my account do it for no reason?

    all this is happening on a different account

    Please try the steps below:

    1. To unblock your windows live id follow these steps
    2. Go to accounts.live.com and sign in.
    3. Select continue when it says your account has been blocked.
    4. Go to the email address shown and check the email.
    5. Get the code from the email, and put the code where its appropriate.
    6. Your account is now unblocked.
    Let me know if that worked for you.

    then you will have to post in the suspension forum (last forum at the bottom of the support page) they can tell you why the account was suspended (make sure you give them the correct name so they can give you the info).
