    Account locked out can't retrieve


    My account I use for my xbox 360 has been locked since I last used it and the methods used to retrieve the account have failed - seems I don't have a real registered alternate email and the information I have submitted has not been enough to work.

    How do I go about getting the account back online?

    problems signing into accout on xbox one

    Can't sign in either tried to remove account from xbox. Now I can't even retrieve my account.

    oops..Correction- I can't access Account or Privacy (they are locked or shaded out)

    thanks, but sadly it doesn't help, I have gone through the normal process of recovery but cannot get any further
