Account locked on Minecraft, no other options to use another account

Another thing is. I made a new account that works. But when I try to sign into Minecraft it still thinks I'm using the locked account.

Hi again tyme. No, you won't be able to have the same gaming experience if you email from one Minecraft locked account to another account. If you enter an email from a locked account to another account, the new account will be created with the same email, but you will not have access to any data from the banned account. This means that you will start from scratch, with no worlds, skins or saved progress.

I regret knowing that your Microsoft and Minecraft account got hacked. Upon further research, there is no option to transfer the Minecraft account to another Microsoft account. For this to be properly validated, you can submit a request directly from Mojang Support using this support article Submit a request – Minecraft Feedback. Make sure to select the correct set of categories.

Hello, sorry the guest account can't be added to the family account for controlled access. He can still use his own account for Minecraft but he wont have the same saves as the guest account. I've went through this with my son. I ended up locking down the console and only new accounts or guest accounts can be added with a password. So you have the option to get your child back under a supervised gamertag and they'll have to restart Minecraft over or you can continue to let them use the guest one. That's the current options at the moment.
