Account Locked & Money Refund

It has been a week since my account was hacked I called support yesterday and got the same answer that the Escalation team need to handle it. I am getting extreamly frustrated with Xbox/Microsoft that my account has not had the lock lifted and my money refunded.
I noted in the email the support person.

I have provided all the info you requested also a phone number to reach me at due to it would speed up this processes. Yet no one has contacted me after multiple emails and phone conversations with Microsoft Support. This has been very frustrating. I have emailed
the Escalation Support member 3 times now and have not got a response.

If it's not in your download history on the account menu on your dash then i'd phone support for your region & explain the situation.They can verify that it hasn't been downloaded & should refund the money.

I want to make a refund of the money for the game Mount & Blade: Warband. I bought by mistake played just 30 minutes. Please return the money

 

I'm sorry to hear about the Hassle you have been going through. I'm sure you want Answers & not any More Suggestions. If you have already Contacted Microsoft support they should have given you a case number of some sort. I can only Reccomend that you keep
hassling them, Calling your bank & if need be maybe Take Legal Action? Sorry if this info is not Helpful but. That's all I have.
