    Account locked for activating Codes! I dont know why


    Hello, I got a Problem with my account because my gold memberchip run out today and i cant redeem my 3 months gold card. On Xbox 360 i got the error message that my account is locked for activating codes and on pc this pops up. Side info i got NO open bills
    to pay on the Account. Pls help because i wanna play so bad Account locked for activating Codes! I dont know why :(

    it won't let me redeem any codes because for some *** up reason my accounts been locked and I want to know why!

    That message seems to be direct by Microsoft is not from Xbox enforcement, so you would need to contact Microsoft support probably, as this is a community forum you won't get that information

    To access support you can use a different Microsoft account, but as far as I know that's a definitive action on the account
